    Auto Racing 2024

Larson gets Rookie of the Year in a mildly controversial decision. Dude was driving for Arrow McLaren, had Tony Kanaan as a driving coach. Did very well in practice and qualifying, making it to the Top Six. Led during the race during a pit cycle. But he made a couple mistakes, one that almost...

Newgarden wins legitimately this time around. O'Ward so close. He'll be second guessing that for a long time. Disappointment with Herta, he appeared to have the car. Kirkwood came from who knows where to finish top ten. Veekay recovers from unsafe release penalty back to 23rd to finish top 10...

Sounds like Larson is choosing Indy over the 600. Good choice.

4:44 PM green flag Hopefully it is a clean race. Light to what 7:30? Minus something crazy, this ends late this evening.

I"m thinking 3:30 to 4:30 for the start. Might be able to pull this off. Next wave of rain should be after visibility ends the race.

Well, we'll always have Monaco. What is insane is Kyle Larson is busy trying to prove he is a great race car driver and talks of rain are meaning he could pull out of the 500, to race in Charlotte. Yak! The weather forecast is getting grim for Sunday with some ingredients lining up for...

The 600 in Charlotte. Larson is looking to do the double. Only Tony Stewart has finished both, and did very well in them as well.

    NFL 2024-2025 Season

How would you even know they messed up the chains? Granted, spotting the ball is a pain. Should just go to the honor system. :D

Monaco... Indy... the 600? All in one day?! Well, maybe a couple. Indy is looking like it has a good shot at raining. While we wait for Sunday, here is an Indy moment. Indy Lights 2013. The last lap is a little easier to pull off with the smaller engines and slower speeds, but still that was...

Better get Netflix for NFL on Xmas

I venture to guess that 2029 is too far away to guess any of this. At that point, we might have just two competing streaming options Global Megacorp (Google's service) and Mega Global Corp (Disney's service) after all the merging is completed. We can safely assume the cable distribution is...

    How things have changed

My question was asking about "programming churn" not subs. What is the sweet spot for Netflix regarding consistent content or the type of consistent content. A company like Disney+ has low churn due to them concentrating on their own material. Netflix is about showing mostly other people's work.

    How things have changed

The question is going to be what is the consumer preferred programming churn on services like Netflix. Disney+ will have little to no churn, Netflix will have considerable churn. What is the legacy programming people will pay to keep as a comfort option? There will likely be some saturation...
