I saw the same thing on my rebate query, except that it hasn't backed up...yet. I'm sorry, but there just seems to be lots of incompetence with DISH's customer service including their rebate processing. As a follow-up to my generating this thread, I received another reply from
ceo@echostar.com -- They've added $20 credits this month and $20 next month (due to the rebate hassles I've encountered) and told me that the rebate credits should begin appearing in 8-10 weeks.
We'll see...
