It depends on what you want to believe. If you want to believe:

1) E* will convert the remaining mpeg2 channels to mpeg4 there's some channels.

2) E* has the encoders to covert the HD locals to 6 a transponder there's more channels.

3) E* can light up unused transponder on 61.5 and 129 there are more potential channels.

I disagree with goaliebob on number 3. I don't think there's enough power in that satellite to light up new transponders at acceptable signal strength. Heck, many people would argue they aren't putting out enough power on the existing transponders.
