Jim and Tom welcome us to the chat. Jim tells us there is a lot of information to go over today and to pay attention to the chat.
They then put up a slate for what will be discussed today including a tease on new HD programming.
We are told they will spend a lot of time talking about upcoming price changes, package name changes and box name changes.
They then jump into talking about the Ciel II launch last week. Jim says that they have already started doing tests on the bird and all is going smoothly.
