Well at least they give their subs ample time to plan their escape to another provider.
What burns me about price increases that they always seem to happen after you subscribe to something that requires your commitment. i.e., NHLCI or NBA League Pass.
No way you are getting a refund for those if you switch to avoid unwarranted price increases.
