Interesting. Adding hd dvd drive to computers. Maybe all is not lost. I hd does lose the battle, these laptops price will drop like a rock.

i think putting HD Drives in all the laprtops is a very smart move... lol if MS would have done that with teh 360 i thik we'de be in a way different situation, so i guess Toshiba did the next best thing. maybe WB and all the other studios will think twice about HD DVD, im sure this will increse sales. Way to go Toshiba!

My dad had one and he got more in coupons than he paid for the laptop. The coupons were the result of all of the class action lawsuits against Toshiba on the laptop he owned.
