On the Charlie Chat last night, the delivery date was revised to Thanksgiving with an MSRP of $300.

Thanksgiving would be an ambitious delivery date, whereas us beta testers just received our test units today.

The Tr-50 is finally being sent out to the beta testers later this week.

Cool...is the TR-50 going to use TVGOS or the lackluster PSIP implementation they put in the TR-40/DTVPal.

For the record (since this thread comes up high in a Google search) the TR-50 was actually release as the awkwardly named "DTV Pal DVR" or "DTVPal DVR". That said it is a great unit, and lots of details can be found over on AVS Forum. I'm very happy with my unit, it is straightforward, easy, and non-intrusive.
