Awesome...can't wait to get one of these. One question Scott; any indication from DISH if they will port this UI over to other DVRs like the 622? It looks way more modern than the current UI.

Thanks Scott. One other question; will the 922 support output to a 2nd TV like the 622?...one of the real differentiators of the 622 over other HD DVRs IMHO. If so, via coax or some other format?

Yes it outputs to a second TV just like a 622. And with a Sling Montor you can output to it as well in full HD as a third output.

Awesome! Now the big question is when will it be available? I have seen your posts on this in other threads. Still thinking fall, and hoping for earlier or have you gotten any indication that roll-out may be sooner?

They were saying Spring, but I got to use it for an hour and it still needs some work. And I have seen a lot of Echostar products over the years and I don't know one that has shipped on time. So to be safe I am still saying in the fall.

And they were pretty clear at the press conference, that the sling monitor was intended to be a pretty small screen. I think Mark Jackson said something like 14."
