Unfortunately it was still only #4 for the night, behind NCIS, NCIS:LA, and Dancing With the Stars.

CBS (15.55 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.4, #1) narrowly took home top honors on Tuesday thanks to new episodes of: "NCIS" (19.39 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 4.2, #2),
"NCIS: Los Angeles" (15.02 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 3.5, #3) and
"The Good Wife" (12.25 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 2.7, #6).
ABC (12.02 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 3.3, #2) then snagged a competitive second place with the premiere of:
"V" (13.95 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 5.0, #1) followed by new episodes of
"Dancing With the Stars" (14.48 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 3.1, #5) and
"The Forgotten" (7.62 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 2.0, #T8).
