    Processing problems with 922

    ADVERTS 1
Hi all it's me again with more problems. For the last 4 weeks I noticed that my 4dtv receiver seems to have problems processing a digital signal it gets from the sat.I know it must be processing problems because it does like the sound cuts out and the picture gets like blocks and break up but it does it ONLY on certain commercials and programs.I noticed that it does that when the program that I'm watching has a scene with too much white in it like when their filming in a white room and when I watch a scene with flashes like a show that has lighning in it when the lightning in the show strikes my sound goes away and the picture breakes up for a while like for 1 second and get back together.Do any of you know if this problem can be fixed or is my receiver going south?

Sounds like the black level is being overdriven and loosing dc clamp.

Your best bet is to send the unit to ATS. They would have to scope the video stages and find out why it's loosing clamp.
