Harmony 880 Problem

I have the software on the installed on my desktop. I installed it on my laptop tonight and I can't get it to open.

I keep getting this message:

"Another application is currently communicating with the Harmony. Close the other application and try again."

Any idea what's happening here?

Did you install software from the disk - or from the website ?

WOW! I must have given up and gone back the desktop. Great thing about the 70's...they come back to visit every once in a while.

The only software I have is the original disk. I'm downloading from the web site now.
