Remember that grounding to local and NEC code is even MORE important in an apartment/condo as it's not just your property and safety you are putting at risk by installing without a ground. If in doubt about grounding or line of sight to the Clarke belt it's worth getting a licensed installer to do a site survey/evaluation before you waste your time buying a system.
