Additional Outlet Premium Service Fee?

If you have Cablevision take a look at your latest bill.

Do you have an "Additional Outlet Premium Service Fee?"

Cablevision says they charge that fee ($5) for the privilege of watching premium content on two or more outlets (i.e. cable boxes or CableCards).

I only have one cable box, but they are charging me the fee! And at $5 a month, it adds up.

Is this happening to anyone else?
