Effective Wednesday, December 16, 2009, Cablevision will launch News 12 HD on channel 712. News 12 HD will be made available as an HD digital service in the Broadcast Basic Package. News 12 Connecticut is the leaders for breaking local news and programming and is only available on Cablevision.

Channel 712 is still not an HD Channel i it is showing in SD in Brooklyn ,NY.

Channel 712 is still not in Hd as of 7:15am this morning in Brooklyn,NY.

And it won't be until early 2010.
