Star Kiefer Sutherland undergoes surgery

By Nellie Andreeva

Fox's drama '24' has shut down production so star Kiefer Sutherland can undergo surgery for a ruptured cyst.

The rapture happened earlier last week but production continued through Friday with scenes that did not involve Sutherland, who also serves as an executive producer on the real-time drama.Source & More: hollywoodreporter.com (http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/content_display/television/news/e3i2fac53d5f65010f7b0b13490f99bf6a9)

I watched the first 5 episodes this year but then stopped.
