Not a bad start. Will watch some more. The inexperienced father plot has been played a lot before.

I liked how they got rid of the mom. It was funny, 9 months til the electric chair. They put TX to shame. If they move the series at this fast a pace, the kid will be 10 by the end of the first season.

This show just keeps getting better. Great third season so far. I have been watching the show from the beginning and it is funny enough for me to already be starting over on netflix.

This show is funny. I like the characters and Jimmy is like a big old dumb over grown kid. Maw Maw makes the show .

Side note, I noticed that in ther title sequence in all the episodes it says, and introducing cloris leachman as maw maw. This is by far not her first acting gig. Anyone have any info on that?

When the show returns, look for them to have fun with Leachman in the title credits. Instead of a typical credit of "and Cloris Leachman," her credit will read "and introducing Cloris Leachman as Maw Maw."

"I thought it would be funny to make it 'introducing Cloris Leachman,' and she thought it was hilarious," series creator Greg Garcia told TV Guide.

Couple of really funny scenes during this week's episodes. First was when Burt kicked the "president" of NBC in the **** and said, This is for cancelling "My Name is Earl." Second was when they brought in Jimmy and Christine from "Yes, Dear" who were enamored by Burt and Virginia's adult video.

I agree, great episode. Nice to see them again and as the same characters. I appreciate that sort of thing.
