Need to buy updates?

I have the DP AR Pro installed in my Iphone for over a year .

Applications store shows a DP update but it wants me to buy it again?

should these updated be free?

The update should be free. I guess you have several iTunes accounts; go to the iPhone settings and somewhere in there is the option to specifiy the default iTunes account.
