91/110/119 question

Hey everyone I have a quick question that I was hoping to get help with. I've been trying to get 91/110/119 in but have had no luck so far. I need to find the elevation and skew settings for kitchener Ontario Canada. I've tried the settings that I got from dishpointer.com but that didn't work. I live in an apartment building on the 19th floor,would that affect the dish settings? I am using a elliptical dish. any help would be appreciated

The settings from dishpointer.com are correct, just over with your mouse over the question mark next to the setting to get more information how to apply the settings, especially the skew.

I think I found my issue. The way my apartment building is facing I think that I am at the edge of 110, I can only get about 50-56% quality on it and I'm using a 33" dish.
