Is anybody able to use hyperthreading with TT? When will TT be fixed so we can use this feature without crashes? My computer ran much better with Hyperthreading turned on, I would like to use this feature, and I would like to use TT at the same time.

I have a Sony Viao PCV-RS629G with 3.0 ghz Intel HT processor. I was using 1.6 until today without any problems. I upgraded to 1.8 to get back the track titles because I could again log into XM Online. I haven't had an HT issue or crashes since upgrading to 1.6. I have not disabled HT and wouldn't even know how to do it even if I wanted to.

Are you sure that HT is enabled? Some systems come with it shut off. Just trying to make sure we have all the facts.

We are well aware that there is an issue on some systems with hyperthreading. I'm told we are still sleuthing down a root cause so that it can be corrected in our core rebuild which is currently ongoing.
