A federal judge says cable-giant Comcast wasn't playing fair against a competitor in Southwest Florida.
Marco Island Cable Company won a $3.2 million judgment against Comcast.
A federal judge ruled that Comcast engaged in deceptive and unfair trade practices to keep Marco Cable from providing service to condo and apartment complexes and other multiple dwelling units.
