How fun is this compared to other shows? Does it have the shebang of CES? Will there be good projector demos and such, or are most just static displays.

It's actually a better, more focused show for the Home Theater industry. You don't have a lot of extraneous stuff, and as far as shebang goes that is (for me) nothing but a sideshow.

There are good demos and bad demos, the same as any other trade show.
