You should check out "Crossroads: Lindsey Buckingham & Little Big Town" on MHD. (Next showing on Thursday 8/23 at 2pm ET)

Little Big Town are a recent country-rock group with two male and two female singers doing harmonies (hence reminiscent of some F. Mac material).

Crossroads (as well as "Cross Country") puts two artists together and together they do songs by both.

I actually like the version of "The Chain" from this show better than the original. :)

The only problem with this show (like all programs on MTV channels) is that there is too much talking. I get the impression that the MTV channels are run by highly verbal people who don't like music very much...

I enjoyed this immensely when I saw it last weekend.

It was VERY good.

Crossroads ALWAYS has a lot of talking and mixing between the artists.

Lindsey Buckingham fit right in with LBT.

Crossroads ALWAYS has a lot of talking and mixing between the artists.

But it's not just Crossroads, it's all the shows on the channel and all other MTV-owned channels.
An hour time slot program on Rave-HD has twice as much music as an hour time slot program on MHD...

I'm going to have to check it out. Still in awe with the Fleetwood Mac performance on Soundstage/Rave...and 722 in general (blame a certain staff member for helping push me into the 722 a few days back, LOL)

The Lindsay Buckingham solo gig on Rave-HD is not bad, but Little Big Town do the 2 FMac songs better than Lindsay's own band... The Tom Petty concert was amazing similar to their performances 30 years ago (while I can't say that same for the F Mac recent concert).
