Saying it is a difficult and painful decision, the striking Writers Guild of America plans to picket outside the studios of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live and Late Night with Conan O'Brien when they return to the air Wednesday night without their writers, the union said Tuesday.

Yes, strip each and every union member that chooses to cross a picket line of their union membership. If union members want to cross a picket line and perform struck work, do it knowing they can't expect to keep their union card. Without a union card they will no longer be able to work in a union house - effectively fired. Also realize that *anyone* doing this work during a strike will be kicked to the street when the issues are resolved, and they will have to pass by everyone on the line every day. Those on the line will not soon forgot the faces of those who pass.

Leno and Conan should just go back on vacation.
No actor worth a damn is going to cross that line.
