In case you havent heard, comcast has started to roll out their ultra fast HSI, with speeds up to 50/10!

I wish I could get the speed I pay for. They have oversold the Denver market so much that I barely get 2-3 Mbps download now...

Being stuck with AT&T DSL/U-Verse and then Cox's HSI (or as I called it, "Work when I feel like it Internet"), I have learned to appreciate Comcast's speed here in CT. I was so pissed when my wife's college transitioned us (ie FORCED us) to go from Comcast 10mb+ connection to AT&T's 6mb connection.

I got upgraded a few days ago.. A+++++

I got comcrap out of Memphis. I did that test. yeah, they suck and no way in hell would I even consider upgrading. OTOH, who knows, maybe I will actually get what I am supposed to get now if I pay more. LOL.

thats almost like dialup...

I've noticed for some time that I can get 10Mbps up and 20 Mbps down. Although, I haven't see the 50Mbps down. They've been pushing the upload rates over the past three months.

18.485 Up, 4.086 down. is that good or not? I don't know anything about this stuff.
