I must add that only 15 different people out of 140,000 members were in this thread, which leads me to believe the seasonal sports packs aren't that popular. And out of 15 I can name at least 2 that don't care for them Seasonal sports pack to begin with. Vampz and Hemi! :D

There are more than that in this thread that don't care for them. :)

Now I have to disagree with your logic about only 15 people in this thread. The warzone never gets many participants. Do you blame them after how this one turned out.

that's exactly why i barely come in here. the war is about satellite, not members against members. the average of people looking in this thread is about 2 at a time per day. posting was almost zero until this subject came along.

Yes things got a little out of hand last night. I apologize for my part in perpetuating it. This quitting smoking thing has a me a little on edge. And no Vampz, you did not drive me to smoke again. LOL

Well its up to about 400 posts now and still no one know anything more then they did on post number 1.

Didn't help that any objective reasonable analysis based on available evidence, in an attempt to derive reasonable conclusions for discussion and make up for the lack of concrete evidence, was ruefully attacked without ever taking into consideration what was said. If Vampz said it, and its not 100 percent in favor of D*, so attack...without even reading or acknowledging what was said.

Look, I pick and choose my words carefully. And if I do make a mistake in either my interpretation of someones comments, or my own wording, I DO apologize for it. So when I tell someone to go back and read something, I MEAN IT! And that is just to avoid repeating myself.

Certain people in this forum shown their true colors last night. We know know who the true troublemakers are. You well never find more noble defenders of the D* faith. No greater soldiers to the sports packs cause.

You know, if you guys keep this up, we're going to recruit some tivo trolls to join this thread.

Stop the darn personal attacks. Everybody. Now.

We sure do...

Actually, don't you mean one trouble maker?

Can we close this thread now? I started it looking for answers to questions about the true profitability of each sports pack. Since we cannot find the answer and it has resorted to personal attacks, I see no value in keeping this thread opened.
