A cust has a Glorystar system with 3 rcvrs, 2 work just fine, but the third one (SEESAT 6000USB) doesnot work. She tells me that another tech that installed all three told her that this one was "not programmed"?? This is where I come into the picture.. Can the rcvr be reprogrammed for Glorystar? What do I need to do? Or this a factory job?

Any advice / helpful suggestions will be appreciated.
Thank you

It could be this box has "eye-patch" software on it and needs to be brought back to factory settings, however, I could not find factory software that was not "eye-patch". I hope someone else knows this unit. SORRY.

Sorry, we have never heard of this receiver. Definitely a box with a shady history based on the information that I Googled.

You could manually program the receiver with the switch settings and the channels using the Glorystar channel list.

The customer may be calling on you to update and reprogram the box as it is not supported with Glorystar channel auto updating or telephone technical support.
