OK, so, I'm fixing to take a job in my hometown (Mobile) after being gone for 4 years. I'm not going to use Directv, so it'll be Comcast or Dish (would prefer dish).

Is it a two dish setup for locals in HD or just one?

Thanks.

Your choice.
We have the 1000.4 Easten arc for new installs. The 1000.2 can be used here also. Or you can use a Dish 500 with a 61.5 wingdish.. We are covered no matter which way you go.. Locals in HD are on 61.5 and the 129.
Welcome home..

Glad to hear it, thanks. I'll be renting a house for a year or so and wanted to keep my 722k :D

Yep, best of both worlds in that town. Take your pick on the locals.

Its good to have the choice, especially if there are LOS issues.

A house that will allow a dish will be big, I cannot give up my 722K :D

I don't think you'll an issue with WA and EA options, combined with the high "look" angles in the South, and of course a copy of the OTARD ;)

Hehe. Yeah, most people dont object to poles :), they just dont like dish's screwed into their homes.

It's also good to have a choice, when someone in the house likes to record the today show every day and I can use the SD local from WA instead of the HD local from EA. :)

welcome home

THANKS FOR VISITING!
