Or did they drop it to a lower tier in order to woo the disenfranchised fans...

The freeview went up a couple days after D dropped it and the freeview was until 11/30...guess they went a couple more days

i know the free preview is over for us with the Sliver package, but why is Versus list on the sliver package list of channels page on Dish Network's website:

When I checked HD site yesterday it was in Gold.
