.. AND it kicks butt on my new Motorola Droid!!! Downloaded it a couple of hours ago and in less than a minute I knew EXACTLY which trees have been affecting my signals somewhat!! No more guesswork and clearcutting :-)

Thanks to Alan and the guys at DishPointer for a GREAT app!!!

Yes, paid app. Dishpointer Software Dev is evidently based in the UK, hence the Furr'n currency. No worries Google checkout will do the math for you :-)

Go for it, it is a fantastic app and well worth the $20 or so.

If you install Dishes this app pays for itself in one use. Within seconds you can find the best place for your Dish, something that use to take a long time to do.

AND ... even if you aren't a PRO, it only takes seconds too, and to identify if there are trees etc in the line of sight, or finding that elusive hole in them to aim thru :-)

PLUS being an RV owner, finding those birds and a clear shot just got WAY easier!! Back to the campfire in seconds!!

im still messing with a 30" dish on a tripod. im getting close to buying a motor and mounting the whole thing but my neighbors trees might be in the way. im sure its quite handy for tailgating too.

You can return it within 24 hrs. Not that I'm really trying to encourage this but if that helps you, go for it.

Yep, having the price displayed in the Devs currency is really annoying, I also would much rather prefer the buyers currency but Google seems to see this fit.

Once someone uses it I don't see how you could ever "return it". It is too good of an app to let go of!! Not only is it practical and a real tool, but it is also fun to show to your friends and watch them freak!

Thanks again Alan for getting this on the Android, it smokes on my Motorola Droid!

My understanding is you have to go to the Market to buy it.
