i have a single lnb with 2 out puts is there any way i can hook up two dvrs to it without having to change my dish or lnb? any help would be great!!

Add a multiswitch. A 3x4 or 3x8 will work just fine. Connect the two outputs from the dish to the SAT inputs of the switch. The third input on the switch is for diplexing an OTA antenna if you want.
Even a 4x4 switch will do the job, just connect to the SAT A inputs.

Have you thought of upgrading? HD is great. :)
