What do you mean? About the number of HD channels? That's been discussed in threads here before--as in, how many hours a week must a channel's programming be to be called "an HD channel". There is no answer to that.

Do you mean calling a channel HD and it never is? I don't think so, but see above. There are many HD channels which are not 100% HD, that is, every single hour is not HD.
