I was hoping Dish would move NBA TV or put another sports channel on ch. 148 but instead just an ESPN alternate.

This uplink fixes the Hawaii HD mapdowns for SPEED, CMDY, LMN and HMC.

Still remaining are MAX-W, HBO-W, HDTHR and the HD locals.

Does anyone know about the OCTV entry in the Puerto Rico locals?

I was curious what that was about, but I am having problems matching up calls of a Puerto Rico station to "OCTV" which sounds like branding for a station.

Is OCTV supposed to be its own branding of one of the stations or is it a locally-produced digital subcarrier of one of the stations on the island?
