Terrestrial Loophole Closed

Today the FCC eliminated the "terrestrial loophole" that prevented Satellite services from carrying sportscasts and other events that were only available on cable.

I am new here. Where can I go to learn how to get around in this site? I am primarily looking for info to become more informed on sat TV...satellites for particular carriers...etc.
