I am not sure you can cascade that many times.
I would be going for 2 x 8 Way Multiswitch's and 4 x SW44's.
Just put an 8 way on 91 and run 2 outputs to each of the SW44's, repeat for 82 and you have 16 potential outlets, all with 91 & 82 on them.

Is there a diagram that would show me how to wire, sat 82 & 91 to 14 receivers. What switches should i use?
Thanks

Pretty sure I answered the question in my last reply;
2 x 8 way multiswitch's (Eagle Aspen is a good make)
4 x SW44's, (Videopath)
From the 91 LNBF run 2 lines into the 2 inputs of the 8 Way Switch #1.
Outputs 1 & 2 of the 8 Way Switch go to INPUTS 1 & 2 on SW44 #1
Outputs 3 & 4 of the 8 Way Switch go to INPUTS 1 & 2 on SW44 #2
Outputs 5 & 6 of the 8 Way Switch go to INPUTS 1 & 2 on SW44 #3
Outputs 7 & 8 of the 8 Way Switch go to INPUTS 1 & 2 on SW44 #4
From the 82 LNBF run 2 lines into the 2 inputs of the 8 Way Switch #2.
Outputs 1 & 2 of the 8 Way Switch go to INPUTS 3 & 4 on SW44 #1
Outputs 3 & 4 of the 8 Way Switch go to INPUTS 3 & 4 on SW44 #2
Outputs 5 & 6 of the 8 Way Switch go to INPUTS 3 & 4 on SW44 #3
Outputs 7 & 8 of the 8 Way Switch go to INPUTS 3 & 4 on SW44 #4
I will create you a drawing and PM you when it is done.
