Since I just found this page, I am a few days late. Can I still get the download and update the receiver?

You will have to wait till the next release which would normally be this Friday and Saturday at 11 PM EST.

The other site is reporting that the H20/21/23 CE is not expected for this weekend. Since the last few CE releases have been noted as customer candidate maybe they're finally happy with this one and it will be going national.

I am downloading software right now but it is still the 434d when in reality I need the 435b or better. Any ideas?

Same here on my H21. But my HR22 is downloading the latest CE release right now. Hoping for an H21 CE release soon - can't use MRV until then. Bummer.
