Anyone know how to reset the password or is there a master password for this IRD RCA DRD202RA it is locked on one channel that DTV has moved. The company that install the system is closed and we don't have password to change the channel

Call DirecTV.. They can reset it. You must prove you are the account holder.

It use to be that they would NOT be able to reset a password, don't know about the current day and age.
