I have a dedicated dish for G19, AMC-4, AMC-1 and AMC-9. I get all the PBS channels from from AMC-21 OTA I do not have DVB-S2 capability.
Any ideas of what would be a good KU Satellite to aim at besides those above?
Looking at the list but I am not sure which one would be the best.

AMC-6: 72w.
Good stuff on that bird...amount of signals varies,
but there's a few up 24/7 on it that I watch a lot.
I have a 1.2m P* dedicated to it. :D:up
Another good one is G28 at 89w.

all good suggestions. Thanks guys!
About the feeds do you have to rescan all the time or once you scan them in they will reappear on the same transponders?

You usually have to rescan (blind scan) as they frequently change frequencies and symbol rates depending on the broadcaster.

I have one of my primestars on AMC-1 ku (just because of its odd skew, and also because of Univ Sports).
The other one was on AMC-21 for S2/pbs feeds, but I bought a 1.2m dish with invacom since then and haven't moved it elsewhere since I use the 1.2m now. I may have to put the second primestar on G17 since I'm finding that to be used alot with the local college team sports feeds and other feeds of interest I've found there.
