Anyone know anything about the RCA HD DVR10 (http://www.800stereo.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=8&Product_Code=rca-dvr10)? I ran across this, but I was wondering if anyone knew any more about it. Will it work with the Voom receiver?
After a little more searching on Google, I think I've answered my question...
When connected to any two-way IEEE 1394 device such as the new line of RCA and RCA Scenium HDTV Sets, the RCA DVR10 can record and store up to nine hours of HDTV programming
Firewire's required... :(

Yeah...BUT.
If your TV has FireWire, perhaps it will pass it? :)

It does not, but... that is a good question. Perhaps that would work for someone out there... just not me. :no

Right... it is one of several firewire recorders to come out recently (Hitachi has one as well). It is meant to team up with your TV's firwire ports and provide a limited DVR functionality.
THANKS FOR VISITING!
