On my 7.5 ft dish, C-band LNB works fine signal wise at the edge of my garage using RG-6, 30 ft cable works fine. But no signal on the 60 ft cable that goes in the house. I use the inline Amplifier, but it does NOT work with the LNB. So any suggestions?????

A 30foot cable works, but 60 doesn't? I'd check the connectors, and leave out the amplifier for such a short cable run, it may be the culprit. Check out your cable's condition and the connectors. I suggest the compression-fitting type connectors, the tools are not that expensive now.
