View Full Version : Lost WGN

Did anyone else lose WGN after the software update? I get a no signal message when I tune into channel 9-1 or 9-2 . The WGN line up is in the program guide and if I tune to RF 19 in the install wizard , the RF for WGN, I get a signal strength of 99. I did soft and hard reboot, rescanned local channels and still no reception. Any ideas ?

FWIW
I am not getting any audio/video on wgn,
and im using an samsung directv stb.

Sean, Thanks at least I know its not me. I called Voom twice and they insist on sending out a service call next week despite my insisting it was a software problem. Hope they get this straight soon

Wait until WGN fixes this. One poster posted that it was working fine a few hours ago. Now htvtecho, posted that it is off the air on his samsung as well.
