I've been digging throu this forum to find an answer to my question but most of the posts went unanswered, so I decided to create my own topic hopefully someone have a solution for me, I have twinhan vp-7021 DVB-S USB box and I want to be able to run it with FastSatfinder application not for watching TV, so all what I need is a vista 64 bit driver so the FastSatfinder can detect it and use it with my laptop to install sat dishes, I already tried the package on this link (http://www.azurewave.com/Support_Utility_Driver.asp) still has a question mark on the device manager next to DTV-DVB UDST7020BDA DVB-S USB Box therefore it will not be detected by FastSatfinder, any help will be appreciated.

I think you are beating a dead horse.
Get a newer tuner.
That Starbox is over five years old.
On a search for the Twinhan site, I can't find it under its old site name.
I used to have one, but had to extensively modify it to make it work at all.
If you do an advanced search on this forum for the device and as a post by me, you'll see what I had to do to make it work reliably.
But Vista 64 drivers? - :D - -

There were two versions of the starbox
7021-used WDM drivers only
7021A-used WDM or BDA drivers
It appears you installed the BDA drivers, if you need WDM I always used DigitalRise - Home Entertainment Systems (http://www.digitalrise.eu/support/downloads/index.php?action=category&id=25) for my starbox.
one of those packages has the WDM driver you need, but no vista.

I was able to make work for the purpose, I got a driver package from c-net (http://download.cnet.com/HDTV-USB-v-3-2-build-04-02-zip/3000-2108_4-163334.html)and it was installed and detected by fassatfinder.
