Could be a week or any day it depends on Dish and the local networks

and what about us people in the USVI who want English language netwprks. Funny thing is I was in PR for the weekend and the cable feed in my hotel
had the USVI NBC feed

Wow we are going to lose like 16 HD premium channels with the migration from 61 to 72, and probably gain 2 Hd locals that I could easily get via ota. Thank very much Dish.:mad:

Yup we get the nbc from virgin islands from storefront television they have the networks form Puerto Rico WPRU, WVXF, WSJX, WSJP and a couple of channels from VI

Does WAPA transmit ANYTHING in HD? I don't recall...

I just can't understand why is Dish just wasting a new sat, why they even bother launching a new sat for the 61.5 location if they are moving all the channels away from it... So my everything pack has a little time left. DAMN IT DISH I got used to watch those channels in HD wath make you think that I'm going to keep paying for those channels on SD?
