do you get the versus/sportnet mux? do you get the fsc/speed/fuel/espanol mux?. fx e/w only uses 3/4 fec the other use 5/6 or 7/8 so they are more difficult. you could improve skew probably but it could also be that you also have to improve LNB/dish aligment. you are there but have to finely tune more.

I was thinking of getting a C band dish this summer but its looking more and more like a waste of time. :(
I guess half of what lyngsat has listed is gone now. Are all the sports channels scrambled now on this satellite?

Bob2011, Depends on what you want to watch whether cband is worth it. I spent about 75% of my time watching cband stuff. There's a few channels spread out seems on each satellite with something to watch. If you want purely sports 24/7 with a regular channel like the stuff that was on 91W, doubt you'll be wanting to invest a lot in FTA stuff. Just my 2 cents worth.....Lyngsat isn't the most up to date info out there as well...I personally don't use it because of that. We've got the "List" at the top of the page as well as other sites with good info. Channels come and channels go thats part of the fun...

Heck, I spend way too much time just watching the channels on 87W C-Band alone. Between my fixed PortaBUD dish on that bird and the 1 meter Channel Master on 125W Ku, I would cancel my cable subscription if internet access wasn't an issue. I get my local stations OTA from a roof-mounted antenna in the dish farm, so I'm set for local programming as well. Then there are all of the other satellites that are accessible with the motorized dishes. As for movie channels, I've saved enough money with FTA and OTA programming to buy Blu-Rays of the movies I want to see and keep.
THANKS FOR VISITING!
