I haven't seen mention of the Superbowl DirecTV ads. They said they were getting ready to launch satellites which would carry 1500 HD channels :eek: !

They were on just before and just after the start of the game. I thought it was pretty aggressive of them to do Superbowl ads.

I saw the ad. I don't think that it was impressive to the level that you would expect for a SuperBowl, not to mention that it wasn't in HD.

Click on the left tab that says Supr Bowl Ads
Then Find the DirecTV Ad

This is not the 1500HD one but the other one

Not to mention that most, if not all, of those 1500 channels will be locals, which I get OTA anyway.
