I am getting small hoz white lines on the screen top to bottom within areas of red or blue only on the History channel. help

Yes those are the sparkles that have placated some SD channels. They have not addressed that problem for a long time. I believe that they said that they were still working on it... Don't ask how long... It has been long... Ask again after 3/1, there are stuff that they are working on that may improved or get rid of the sparkles.
