I was going into my system settings today to look around, and when I tried to get into the system settings it asked me for a parental lock passcode. the problem is that I never put in a code to start with - is there a default code that I can use to unlock this and turn it off, or what do I need to do?

Try "0000". If this doesn't work call customer service and ask them to reset your PIN. After that "0000" should work. Good luck!
