I know that I can block out certain OTA channels, but it's quite the pain having to scroll through channels 200-271 which I don't get. Is there any way to omit these channels so that I can go from 130 right to 301?

Nope... Only thing you can do is create a favorite list. No way to hide them in the ALL channel category.
