is it possible to call installs inc and maybe arrange with them to move the install date up or is the date voom gave me final?

They can re-schedule

I remember reading several posts were people said they called the local installer after getting the 2 to 4 week out install date from VOOM, and the installer was able to come out ealier, sometimes within a few days.
