Had to reboot last night because I installed a new power supply.

Now the guide won't load.

hard boot, soft boots, two calls to tech support with two hits. Nothing!!!

Well just talked to CS.

They are now aware there is a problem and are working on it.

That is the first hurdle! :yes

Installed yesterday no guide yet.

I shut off power in parts of my house yesterday afternoon to do some electrical work and haven't had guides on either of my STBs since, I had tried rebooting with no luck. But, I just now unplugged my STBs and the guides are now back :)

Came home from work and PGs appear to be working correctly...also, no more blank screens while changing channels.

no guide here. Box locked up last night, I reset it, guide has yet to come back.

hard rebooted due to the WTTG problem and lost the guide ever since.

Well mine came in finally. Time was off by 1 hr for a couple of hours, but I now have a guide for the first time in 24 hrs.
