Installed the new 500+, lmb, with a 311, strangest thing, no 118 on point dish screen, check switch showed, 110/119, conn, no 118, but showed conn, reset, factory default, but would not show, 118, but after a 45 minute wait, for activation, international channels were there, why would that happen? Software? I ran everything new, + new recv, any ideas?

If you haven't received an answer yet, it's probably like the 1k4 EA. When you run the check switch sometimes it will name only the 61.5 until software is downloaded
